JOB SUMMARY 

Plan, organize, administer, and collect/review data for all employee performance evaluation processes. The goal of this position is to make significant contributions to improving equity in the education for scholars by leading the evaluation initiatives in the district. This position reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources.
