Position Title:            Site Coordinator - LOOP Program - 

Unit:                           Support Non-Exempt

Pay Rate:                   Determined by the district (6.0 hours a day/ 30 hours a week) 

                                   The hourly range listed is based on average 1-15 years of experience.

                                  *Specific hourly rate paid is based on relevant years of experience.

Earning Days:            Determined annually by the calendar (39 weeks)

SUMMARY OF POSITION:  

This position is responsible for the successful implementation and facilitation of 21st Community Learning Center after-school youth development programs at the assigned elementary or middle school sites – adhering to the Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELO) Standards for out of school time, the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) MOST Standards, Youth Program Quality (YPQ), and Child Care licensing regulations as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud to moderate. Work is performed indoors although the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is directly responsible for the safety, well-being and work output of students.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to compare, analyze, communicate both orally and in writing, copy, coordinate, instruct, compute, synthesize, evaluate, use interpersonal skills, compile and negotiate.
